Problem with missing guns

29 guns have gone missing from Houston PD's evidence locker, and two have been found in hands of arrestees.

Good thing that didn't happen in Illinois. Rumor has it that the courts have determined it's an illegal transfer under our FOID act to let your firearms get stolen.
