DC government....
A modest problem: two government employees got arrested for embezzling $16,000,000 from the city before they were caught. And this is, by most accounts, one of the best run departments in the city government.

Goess to show ya. Ya don't need a gun on DC to make the big score. Apparently, in DC using a gun to commit a crime just doesn't have much class. Who said, "You can rob more people with a fountain pen . . ." Whatever a fountain pen is?

Which tells you why the DC criminal element (city officials) demand their citizens be at a dearth of arms.
