Heller brief

Posted by David Hardy · 15 June 2008 11:44 AM

Just as an experiment, I had 50 copies of the A2A brief reproduced, for less than the printer charged ($10 each, as I recall!). If you'd like one autographed by your humble servant, as a memento of the case, just click on the link in the left margin. If there is any major interest, I'll suggest to coauthor Joe Olson that A2A do it en masse, and suggest to other progun groups that they reproduce theirs, as well. If you'd like a custom autograph, just email me. If you'd just like to read it, a pdf version is online here.

Received my autographed copy in the mail today (6/18). Postmark was 6/16.

Good service from Tucson to Alameda.

Many thanks!

I too received my copy in short order. I think this is a grand idea and I hope others who submitted briefs pick up on the idea.

I also received mine, in CA, in two days. I hope other groups have the same fundraising idea. It'd both raise money and get the word around.

By the way, this is one *very* hardhitting brief. Argument I is devastating. I can't see any way the District could get around it, or how it can win without so doing.

I just ordered one...I sure hope there are some left.
