Permits for toy guns
That's going to become a requirement in New South Wales.

Replica firearms have been illegal in New South Wales for years, including during a period when antique firearms did not require a license or registration. So it was perfectly legal to go and buy a pre-1900 Colt, Webley, or Smith & Wesson, but possession of a die cast copy of the same was against the law.
Logic and gun laws rarely mix.

NJ's required full blown pistol permits for BB handguns since the mid 60's.
